Overall, great stay, except for the fixed breakfast menu which got a bit boring.
1. The welcome gift of a wine bottle per day (we had booked a suite) was unexpectedly a pleasant surprise 2. The location was within a good walking distance to the Balsan subway station, which was quite convenient. There are also quite a lot of eateries and cute cafes nearby and even a small gaming arcade and photo booth 3. They had a healthy breakfast menu which was a mix of Korean traditional and continental options. 4. When we left, the staff at the reception kindly booked a cab for us and even came downstairs to make sure we got the cab with no issues.
1) It would be nice to have food labels, for instance, Korean style soup was served for breakfast everyday, but it was a mystery what soup it was until you ask the staff. Also, allergen labels could help. 2) the breakfast menu was fixed, except for the contents of the soup - it got very boring to have the same stuff for the duration of the stay 3) all hotels I have been to (even budget hotels) provide a free shower and shaving kit in addition to soap and other toiletries, but here you have to buy a shower kit at the reception.

Great location, good hotel, just take note of the breakfast timing.
The convenience. There are so many restaurants around and most importantly, it's close to the airport as we need to catch a flight the following morning.
Would be fantastic if the breakfast timing can be extended a little more as breakfast ending at 9am seems a little early. We didn't take note of the timing and when we went down at 8.50am, we were told we only have 10 min and there weren't much food left.
